Location:
In the main house is the living room, dining room and three charming rooms that have their water room individually. In the small house is the ground-floor studio with kitchenette and water room on the first floor there are two bedrooms with two rooms of water. The natural stone terrace surrounding the private pool, ( 9 x 4 m) is a place of tranquility and relaxation, with a clear view of the landscape. A large garden (9000 m²) with many groves and small fields of flowers around the buildings.

In the main house are the living room, dining room and three lovely bedrooms, which have their halls of individual water. Between the kitchen and dining room, a semi-circular table in front of the large window invites a coffee. The kitchen is held in Provencal colors blue and yellow and is fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, etc.. In the main house, the dining room and kitchen are living on the covered terrace. The dining room offers space for up to 12 people. For the staircase vault you enter the room. In front of the fireplace are a sofa and armchairs Louis-Philippe. The lounge has a beautiful library elbows stone. Around the table we can make games or take a meal before the fire.

Things to do:
In protecting the reed is the pool. The natural stone terrace surrounding the pool is a place of tranquility. The property is in a wild garden and treated with region trees and flowers everywhere.
Local Attractions:
A Goudargues (4 km) said "the little Venice Gard" is that all shops, the tourist office, and many delightful cafes under the plane trees along the canal. The proposed activities are swimming, promnade horse and bicycle, hiking, tennis canoe. The sights of the throat region of the Ardèche 20 km, picturesque villages Montclus, Lussan, La Roque, Cornillon (5 to 10 km), Uzès (20 km), Pont du Gard (30km), Avignon, Nimes (45 km). Every Wednesday there is a market at Goudargues and every Saturday at Uzes.
